In Japanese legend, a tsukumogami is an item that acquires a spirit, becoming alive and conscious. Two kinds exist: the seasoned tsugumomo, which matures after many years of companionship with its owner, and the errant amasogi, an early‑born spirit that serves only to fulfill destructive desires of certain individuals.
After his mother"s passing, Kazuya Kagami never strays from her obi. Whether at home or school, he carries it close to him always. One day a wig‑amasogi nearly kills him; when all seems lost, the beloved obi intervenes, turning into a lovely woman. She introduces herself as Kiriha, a tsugumomo once possessed by Kazuya"s mother.
With Kiriha"s presence, Kazuya steps into an unseen realm of gods and tsukumogami. Her gentle aura recalls his mother's comfort; together they uncover hidden realms where ordinary items can awaken spirits, revealing ancient truths of time.
