That evening, a Goblin father returned home and presented his son with a crimson handball. Yet the boy was startled when he discovered that his father had taken it in front of a girl named Yuki"s house. Determined, he chose to give the ball back to her. The following dawn, he hurried through snowy streets toward a village and witnessed numerous boys and girls singing joyfully. Upon arriving at a cottage, he found girl alone on the porch. She introduced herself: "I am Yuki. Who are you?" He simply handed her the ball, no reply needed. She was delighted and exclaimed, "I had been searching for it. My ill mother crafted this for me. Thank you much." That relieved him, and they become friends.
