Student council leader Yuuzou Kokusai seems like a normal high‑schooler, except for an uncanny pull that attracts men who cannot keep their hands to themselves. When Kokusai suddenly has to name a new vice‑president, he chooses his loyal friend Yasuhiro Chiga.
