Rikotto, Zuzu, and Paroru are clever furred beings who firmly believe that the world beyond their island is far too perilous to investigate. Still, Rikotto and Zuzu yearn to witness the realm that creates the enigmatic items that drift onto their coast. Following a thrilling discovery, Rikotto persuades Zuzu to construct a vessel, and together they embark across the ocean with their hesitant companion Paroru aboard. Initially, the trio marvels at the alien terrain"s splendor and intrigue, yet they are astonished when they encounter a lively human metropolis. When Rikotto and Zuzu are seized by a circus master planning to exhibit them, Paroru must choose which anxieties he will confront for the sake of his friends. Their determination fuels their resolve to overcome any obstacle together.
