When university student Keiichi Morisato mistakenly dials an incorrect number while ordering food in his dorm, he unintentionally connects to the Goddess Hotline and a stunning deity named Belldandy materializes from a mirror before him, offering her help today. After being evicted from the dorm, Keiichi and Belldandy relocate to an ancient shrine, where soon thereafter Urd and Skuld, her sisters, also take residence.
