In 2039, assistant androids are ubiquitous as everyday electronics. Keiichiro lost his family in a road crash and quit his band. One day, he discovers an antique model android in a landfill. He brings her home, but after taking her to a service center she was told she could not be fixed, so he intends to discard her. The following day, Keiichiro finds her preparing breakfast for him. Thus start the summer of a memory‑less android and a boy without dreams. Their unlikely companionship shapes the days ahead together.
