Megumi-chan hides a mysterious past. She once lived as a boy until she encountered someone she believed to be a sorcerer. That individual handed her an enchanted tome that summons a genie whenever blood is drawn upon it to grant one wish. Megumi wished to inhabit a male body, yet the genie twisted her request: it reversed the wish, transforming nine‑year‑old Megumi‑kun into Megumi-chan. Decades later she enrolls in high school, in the sprawling campus where she feels both nervous and determined, navigating its bustling corridors with confidence, and without hesitation defeats the campus bully, who immediately develops affection for her. Now she searches once more for that tome to undo the curse cast upon her again.
