After Shiny Colors' debut concert succeeded, Mano Sakuragi and her companions keep confronting fresh obstacles. When Straylight, a newly formed group from 283 Production, holds its first show, members of both units are briefly reassigned to new line‑ups in preparation for a Halloween spectacle designed to foster their individual growth as idols.
Mano finds it hard to voice her concepts, while fellow member Hiori Kazano feels sidelined by the skill of their new teammates. Simultaneously, Fuyuko Mayuzumi—who bitterly missed the chance to become Straylight"s center—fails to reveal her true self, threatening the whole endeavor. The producer of Shiny Colors must discover a method to free Fuyuko from her reticence if he hopes his idol groups once again light up the world.
