Raised as an orphan, Nio Chirinu secures a sense of belonging by working as a waiter in his adoptive grandmother"s eatery. Yet this tranquility ends abruptly when Nio and his sister Iroha are sacrificed as leverage to capture child kidnappers Toshizou Hijikata and Souji Okita—two figures of the notorious ronin faction Miburo.
