At the moment she first spotted Earth from the Azatos Empire's reconnaissance vessel, Chief Investigator Liza Luna resolved to annihilate every organism on it straightaway, preserving only valuable materials. During her assessment of the world, in its modest development, Liza realized that human society had progressed at a lamentable pace relative to other species in a slow, deeply and stagnant manner. She descended onto the planet's surface to examine its denizens thoroughly. Still certain that nothing worthwhile existed, she entered a local establishment to sample the cuisine. Liza stepped into a feline café, where she encountered beings far more adorable than any other in the cosmos. Inspired by this revelation, Liza resolved to explore Earth's many charming creatures.
