Shihono Kobayashi of the broadcasting club constantly gushes to her friend Aoto Endou about MagiKoi, an otome game in which the heroine Fiene attends the Royal Academy of Magic. Though the story features many colorful characters, Kobayashi"s real obsession is the villainess Lieselotte Riefenstahl. While she harshly criticizes Fiene, Lieselotte secretly longs to befriend her and is deeply in love with her fiancé, Prince Siegwald Fitzenhagen—the game"s main romantic interest. Unfortunately, in almost every route Lieselotte meets a tragic end.
Kobayashi convinces Endou to play MagiKoi to practice his speaking skills. What begins as a normal playthrough turns extraordinary when Siegwald suddenly hears the players" voices inside the game! Now called "gods," Endou and Kobayashi use their commentary and analysis to save the tsundere villainess from her fated demise.
