Though it appears everyone seeks it—whether to reveal or eliminate—it actually garners little real interest. Wachowski, head of the anti-Extended militant group Spitzbergen, pressures Tetsurō to employ Harmony so that Juzo will obliterate Gun Slave Unit Device 7, a Berühren operative. Eventually Juzo confronts Seven, yet amid corruption and betrayals, Berühren still controls the outcome in the shadows of corporate intrigue and looming political stakes today.
