For fifty years humans have ascended the heavens to chase dragons. Though these beasts are perilous, every fragment of them is priceless; fearless dragon‑hunters known as drakers venture aboard specialized airships to seize them.
Yet the exhilaration of pursuit masks a harsh reality. Drakers are shunned by society and lack any earthly home. The sky offers no relief: keeping an airship alive is tedious and costly, while each dragon"s individuality makes capture even more demanding.
Among the few surviving vessels is the Quin Zaza. Its bold crew features Takita, a zealous rookie eager to prove herself; Mika, an audacious yet expert predator; and Jirou, a sincere youth tracking both dragons and his own history. Together they confront relentless aerial skirmishes that test daring skill, tactical acumen, and a great deal of peril.
