High‑school senior Midzuki Hidjiri, as is common for anime heroes, is forced to transfer to a new school in the middle of the academic year. There she encounters boys suffering from "eighth‑grader syndrome." Her new acquaintances are: Takasima – a handsome otaku; Noda – who dreams of becoming a hero; Tsukumo – supposedly an associate of a bandit; Nakamura – the reincarnation of either an angel or a demon. And all of them are self‑obsessed, egocentric singers. Midzuki cannot reconcile with their fantasies and goes into a frenzy!
