He discovers that alongside his ordinary realm lies a domain of spellcasters. Most sorcerers seek harmonious coexistence with non‑magics, yet some harbor grander schemes. Mui Aiba attends Subaru Magic Academy, a place where practitioners master their abilities and learn to coexist with ordinary people. Following his chance meeting with Mui, Takeshi, together with newly‑converted companions Kurumi Isoshima and Kazumi Ida, enrolls in the academy. Each of the trio has distinct motives for battling—some flee past shadows, others chase future horizons.
