The narrative centers on the two main characters Escha and Chron, whose differing traits mirror sun and moon. They hail from Terminal, a bleak future wasteland devoid of color. The pair traverse realms and land in the current era, which they name Transit. As Escha and Chron absorb the brightness (landscapes) and rhythm (music) of the living world, Terminal's bleak horizon slowly brightens into a richer spectrum and the people around them in awe today.
