The second season of Monster Strike is fully CGI‑animated. A new American transfer student, Mana Livingston, bonds with the main crew and discovers the Monster Strike universe, eventually earning her own ring and partner. Together they tackle emergencies linked to energy nodes that pull monsters into random Japanese locales; sealing the nodes stops further draws. Yet CEO Madarame, who reaches out to the kids, hides critical details from them and keeps the truth under wraps while keeping everyone unaware of the danger.
