Kei Asai resides in the seaside city of Sakurada, a place where people are born with unusual powers. One afternoon on the school roof, he encounters Misora Haruki, a disinterested girl who can rewind events around her up to three days back. No one—including Haruki—knows when the reset occurs, but Kei"s photographic memory lets him remember everything that happened before it. After using their combined abilities to help someone, they join the Service Club to support residents of their town.
Soon the club takes on assignments from the enigmatic Administration Bureau, an agency that regulates Sakurada"s talents and steers local happenings to suit its own agenda. They may discover that deeper forces are at play in Sakurada beyond the Bureau"s schemes. The duo quickly realizes that the Bureau"s interventions often mask a larger conspiracy, and their investigations pull them deeper into the city"s shadowy underbelly.
