Shibaki is a high‑school senior who is obsessed with girls. He has already been dubbed the school"s top pervert, and girls avoid him like a plague. One day in the library he finds a book about how to summon witches. Confident that it"s a joke, he performs the ritual and successfully completes it. The witch who appears, named Rurumo, offers him to make a wish. Shibaki helps her, and she decides not to take his soul in exchange for the wish (this happens before the story begins). He wishes that they could meet again in the future. The wish is fulfilled on the day when Rurumo falls from the sky right in front of him. At that moment Shibaki learns that she was punished for refusing to take his soul. As punishment, she was demoted to the rank of student, and now she must grant 666 of Shibaki"s wishes using magic tickets before she can become a full witch again. However, she does not know that each time he uses a ticket it will shorten his life. When the last ticket is spent, he will die. Shibaki learns about this part of the "punishment" from Rurumo"s black cat familiar, Chiro. Now Shibaki faces a choice: help Rurumo become a witch again or try to save his own life.
