Urey is a boy who resides in a laboratory by a lake alongside an elderly man. One day they discover an odd star within the Little Dipper. The stars brightly vanish, and the Little Dipper transforms into a fish silhouette. To rescue the stars, they set sail across the vast Milky Way toward the home of the peculiar fish.
