Jack is a boy who lives with his animal companions Barnaby Bear, Dinah Dog, Squeeker Mouse and Phineas Fox. He is challenged to a race by Allegra, who reveals herself as a witch. She escorts Jack to the queen witch Auriana, who intends to transform all her slaves into wicked harpies.
