After returning from a sea voyage, young Isamu encounters the marine dweller Angel on a volcanic isle. Assaulted by a blazing dragon, Isamu and Angel flee aboard the observation vessel See Through, and Angel beckons Isamu to explore her underwater realm of Atlas.
