For Itzuki Minami, the solution to any problem was always fists. However, fists prove powerless against the hardened members of the gang "Gloomy Skulls," who prefer to move not on two legs but on four wheels – we"re talking about AT (Air Track) roller skates equipped with micro‑motors, for which the best track is the walls of skyscrapers and the city sky. Bruised and humiliated by the "Skulls," Itzuki keeps thinking about revenge, but quickly loses heart – he cannot match his opponent in the sky: he has neither AT nor, let alone, wings. However, the guy rushes to conclusions: unexpectedly for Itzuki, his adopted sisters, whom he has known all his life, turn out to be famous rollers. They will give him AT, and they convince him that everyone has wings (not on their shoulders but on their legs), only some of them are made of wax. With his first run on skates, Itzuki discovers a huge new world – the underground world of rider competitions. Ahead lie "battles" with rollers from lower classes, which the guy must go through, for now his dream is to become the king of AT!
