Some sort of Azumanga, male version. A group of classmate hooligans attends a special school (it"s special because it was created specifically for kids who can"t pass exams elsewhere. They don"t get sent out into the street). Among them is one who behaves normally, but is just as idiotic as they all are. They constantly run into problems beyond their understanding (for example, a student in the neighboring class is a gorilla with a watch and a mobile phone, and they need to develop an ethical viewpoint – is it an animal or a smart person equal to them in intellect… later it turns out the gorilla will be smarter than them), and only through combined intellectual efforts do they sometimes manage to make the right decision. Very rarely. But, being tough hooligans, they don"t get too upset if something goes wrong.
