At Seiso Music School there is an extraordinary story: it was founded by a man who saved the life of a musical elf! In gratitude, the elf promised to bless the school and give its students the opportunity to truly enjoy music. Kahoko Hino studies in the ordinary, non‑music wing of Seiso. She does not play any instruments and is completely unrelated to music… until she meets Lily, that very elf. And Lily assures her that Hino‑san has undeniable talent, and therefore she must – not too much, not too little! – participate in the school‑wide competition where the best students will compete. All of Seiso"s stars will perform at the contest – charismatic trumpeter Hihara, haughty violinist Tsukimori, enigmatic cellist Shimizu, gentle clarinetist Fuyumi, and incomparable flutist Yunoki. How will Hino fit into such a brilliant community? How will she cope with the violin gifted by the elf?
