An OVA adapted from the Hoshi no Umi portion of the manga covering chapters 26‑34.
This section centers on Rin Azuma, a Jiang‑Shi yokai who settles in Sakurashin and takes up work at a ramen stall. Suddenly, her former companion Zakuro Kurumaki storms the town to seize Rin and persuade her to aid in demolishing the city alongside other yokai hunters and Enjin Hiizumi, the villain who orchestrates the chaos. Akina Hiizumi together with colleagues from the Hiizumi Life Counseling Office act to rescue Rin, 'tune' Zakuro"s yokai controller, and safeguard the metropolis in the heart of the city and protect its streets for safety.
