How much can self‑perception differ from the opinions of others! Fifteen‑year‑old Savako Kuronuma is a sweet and gentle girl who wishes only good for people. But fate and her parents rewarded her with the appearance of a heroine from the infamous "Ring," and classmates believe that even encountering Sadako is an ill omen, and if you try to talk to her you"ll be cursed forever. Savako"s modesty and shyness also don"t help the situation. The girl would have disappeared in high school if not for Syo Takaehaya – a universal favorite, simple and open guy. He was the first to start talking with Savako, who, of course, had long harbored strong feelings for him. Gradually the whole of his company followed, and now the former "Cinderella" has to reluctantly reach out to them and open up to people, while demonstrating unexpected talents entirely different from those hinted at by idle gossip.
