In 2062, two superpowers began a war over control of the Orbital Elevator. One of the pilots, named Kei Katsuragi, is ordered to use a space‑time oscillation bomb to end the war. But the explosion of the bomb leads to unpredictable consequences: a multitude of dimensions intertwine into one, forming a new amazing "Earth," on whose surface several intelligent (and not always humanoid) races coexist. Kei ends up in this world. Now he must participate in deciding the fate of the new world, slowly dying from a global ecological catastrophe.
