To curb Claire"s and other illicit deeds, the municipal Bureau of Urban Safety deploys Special Services Division agent Daisuke Aurora alongside a covert super android dubbed 'J'—whose existence remains hidden because androids are outlawed in the city. With both forces present, criminal activity finds scant space to flourish in Judoh today, in the shadow of its skyscrapers, under strict surveillance.
