The tale follows Shinonome Hajime, a Silver Range explorer devoted to the guild"s assignments. While hunting for monster flesh one day, he encounters a peculiar girl named Lily in a dungeon, whose presence proves more troublesome than expected. By rescuing her from imminent peril, she evokes memories of his own past, prompting him to become her guardian and she remains with him, their travels in time.
