Giuseppe is a youthful man who often becomes fully engrossed in anything that sparks his curiosity. Because of this, locals nickname him "Toristukare Otoko." One afternoon he falls instantly for a girl named Pechka, who sells balloons yet carries a subtle sorrow in the quiet night. Determined to aid her, Giuseppe and his mouse friend Cielo begin applying the talents he has accumulated over time to quietly address the troubles burdening her mind and keep hope for alive.
