Kain and Luna entered the world as members of Sea City"s Moon Clan, siblings who depended on one another from a young age. When Luna was crowned clan chief, an overwhelming power tied to the ancestral curse surged, slaying all attendees except Kain. Consequently, the Judges pursued him and he was compelled to escape Sea City. During his flight he encountered mercenary Kuang Tie, and together they set out for the Divine Realm to confront the deities.
