A recent rise in civilian unrest and offenses has been noted nationwide after the finale of the second Division Rap Battle. Complicating matters, those committing the offenses have no memory of the acts nor any motive for doing so. Suspecting a link to the influence of the Hypnosis Microphones, the ruling Party of Words launches an inquiry into the location of the orchestrator.
These incidents have become more common across the six divisions, prompting their leaders to scramble for solutions to avert further chaos. Yet when the mastermind behind the turmoil threatens each region with additional disaster, the six leaders must set aside their differences and unite to halt this havoc.
