Wataru Sajou is notorious at his school for relentlessly chasing the attention of his crush, Aika Natsukawa. His typical day centers on following her and proclaiming his endless devotion at every opportunity, no matter how trivial. Yet a sudden insight compels Wataru to abandon childish antics and confront the fact that she will never reciprocate his unbalanced affection. He pulls away from Aika and devotes his fresh free time to friends, other charming girls, and new hobbies in the hallway and during lunch together.
