Tousuke Rokudou is a first‑year student at Aomori High, an institution teeming with troublemakers. He is frequently tormented by classmates because his demeanor clashes with theirs, except for two close companions who are also social misfits. Annoyed by their mistreatment, the trio longs to rise and seize the carefree school life they dream of.
Yet Tousuke"s circumstances shift dramatically when a parcel arrives from his deceased grandfather, containing their ancestral relic—a scroll rumored to grant protection against looming peril. When he holds the parchment, a sudden radiance unfurls, etching an odd sigil on Tousuke"s brow.
Believing the scroll offers a way to liberate himself and friends from relentless harassment, Tousuke is startled to discover its influence diverges sharply from his expectations. Though the bullying persists, he notices that the sigil functions as a talisman, attracting delinquent girls—particularly Ranna Himawari, the fiercest among them.
The mark appears to echo the defiant hearts of those girls, pulling them toward him like a thread. Tousuke sees this pull as both shield and burden, deepening ties while complicating his search for peace.
