Yoshikazu Miyano first encounters trouble on a sweltering summer afternoon when Shuumei Sasaki enters his world. Sasaki rescues Miyano"s classmate from a gang of bullies, and thereafter Miyano finds himself unable to shake off the quirky senior. His quiet reverence for Sasaki slowly turns into irritation whenever the alleged delinquent refuses to let him go. Constantly addressed with affectionate nicknames and having his personal space disregarded, Miyano questions why Sasaki seeks proximity.
The timid and easily embarrassed Miyano keeps a disconcerting secret—he is a "fudanshi," a boy who enjoys boys" love (BL) comics. He fears classmates discovering this, yet a careless remark exposes the truth to Sasaki. Curious, the unaware senior requests to borrow a volume, which Miyano reluctantly lends. Unexpectedly, Sasaki delights in the BL he receives and asks for more, shifting their odd rapport.
Although Sasaki seems to have a hidden motive, his affection toward Miyano grows tangled as they spend more time together. With their shared passion now linked, their bond stands ready to evolve further.
Both wrestle with their feelings, learning to trust one another while hiding their secrets from classmates. Their bond deepens as they explore mutual interests, hinting at a future together.
