Centuries after the Saga Brave saga, a third species known as the Mauve has appeared beside Humans and Mazoku. Distinguished by their violet blood and extraordinary intellect, the Mauve are ostracized by the other two species and deemed a menace to global harmony. Having endured this bias firsthand, a young Mauve called Galette Revolt sets out to unite all species through the game of Battle Spirits. Yet other groups from each species seek to preserve or reshape the world by darker means to secure their own interests, while the rest of the world watches.
