Shun Hashimoto, a gay aspiring writer residing in Okinawa, was left by his parents after he revealed his sexuality and dreams of publishing a novel. Mio Chibana, an orphaned student who often wanders the shoreline with waves echoing his loneliness, meets Shun one afternoon on the beach.
