Four heirs of Grannzreich—Kai, Bruno, Leonhard, and Licht—still vie for the crown while their cherished mentor, the capable yet youthful Heine Wittgenstein, guides them. During a diplomatic tour of Grannzreich, the monarch of nearby Romano Kingdom arrives at the palace accompanied by twin sons Ivan and Eugene. Heine and the four princes greet their guests in hopes of forming a bond, but the twins immediately reject those who will never claim the throne. To ease the awkwardness, Heine announces that, at King Victor von Grannzreich"s behest, he will tutor the Romano princes alongside his own heirs throughout their visit, aiming to fortify ties between the two realms. The princes, though wary, accept the arrangement, hoping that shared lessons will smooth future succession disputes. Meanwhile, the Romano twins observe with curiosity as Heine demonstrates his teaching methods, noting their father"s desire for a united front.
